  • Make all varieties of coffee in accordance with restaurant standards.
  • Serve all food courses and non-alcoholic beverage items to Guests.

  • Ensure proper bar-top maintenance throughout the meal and the bar-top is wiped and clean for next Guest.
  • Wash and stock all bar glassware throughout shift.

  • Reports to work on time, as required.
  • Work irregular hours and days, overtime, weekends, holidays, variable shifts, and evenings.

Other Position Requirements

Must have a safe driving record : No more than two (2) Minor violations in the past thirty-six (36) months; No more than one (1) chargeable accidents in the past thirty-six (36) months;

no Major violation in the past thirty-six (36) months.

  • Must have never failed or refused to take a drug and / or alcohol test, without satisfactorily completing an FTA-approved substance abuse program.
  • Ability to read, write and speak English sufficiently to understand street signs, maps, Thomas Guide, traffic signs and be able to satisfactorily complete reports and forms.
  • Must satisfactorily complete and maintain the following : Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) assessment, pre-employment drug / alcohol tests, pre-employment DMV physical, background investigation, acquire DM certifications : VTT as required.
  • Sitting for long periods of time from 2, 4, 8 or possibly 10 hours a day, during your shift while driving a bus.
  • Releasing a hand brake, turning the steering wheel, getting into and out of the drivers seat, wearing a seatbelt, assisting wheelchair passengers boarding and un-boarding a bus, securing wheelchair using a 4-point system.
  • Must abide by all company safety rules and guidelines.

The Server is responsible for serving food in a friendly, courteous manner, and performing a variety of duties in and around the dining area and kitchen in order to enhance the customers' experience, in accordance with the company’s mission, and values.
