The Material Handler is responsible for, but not limited to the following:

  • To move raw materials from location to location both physically and systematically. Stage ingredients and packaging in an accurate, safe, and prompt manner to fulfill production process orders within the specified time frame. 

  • Utilize SAP to create transfer orders, pick for process orders, and return materials to appropriate locations both physically and systematically.

  • Process, interpret and complete documents such as transfer order pick lists, production schedules, shipping documents, and blend sheets.

  • Assist in maintaining an accurate inventory of raw materials by performing physical counts when requested, systematically issuing or reversing issue of raw materials, and creating transfer orders for all material movements.

  • Comply with all standard operating procedures and requirements under CCNA Quality System and report any quality issues as they arise. Ensure quality materials are used in compliance with CCNA quality standards.

  • Perform required cleaning and sanitation duties to meet GMP standards.

Position Requirements:

  • Education: High School diploma or GED

  • Years of experience: 1 Year.

Must have experience with the following tools:

  • Forklifts – Single fork, Double fork, high lift, drum clamp, corrugated clamp, forklift battery changes, floor scrubber, and ingredient scales.

  • SAP, ITS Mobile, Excel, Outlook, Word, vehicle mounted and hand-held computers for material movement transactions.

Must have experience with the following intangible skills:

  • Able to pass CCNA Forklift truck license certification.

  • Able to demonstrate skill in safely and efficiently driving forklifts

  • Ability to recognize material defects, and rectify in accordance with policy.

  • Read, write, speak and understand English.

  • Able to perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.

  • Able to perform duties in areas of extreme temperature differences; ambient warehouse, raw material coolers and freezer.

  • Able to physically lift material 50 lbs a distance of 10’ or more.

  • Must be able to work extended hours, weekends, or overtime as required.

  • Must comply with all Safety requirements including, but not limited to:

Large Equipment Mobile Service Mechanic

WORK SCHEDULE: TUESDAY - SATURDAY / 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Position Purpose:

The Mobile Service Technician (MST) is responsible for maintenance and repairs on light construction equipment (skid steers, chippers, trenchers, mini-excavators, etc.) at The Home Depot stores or customer job sites in the vicinity. The MST makes routine visits to each store to inspect all equipment, document the status of each unit, perform all required preventive maintenance, and complete work orders for maintenance and repairs. This position reports directly to the Rental Field Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 10% Communication - Trains Home Depot store associates and customers in the proper operation of the equipment and large equipment operating procedures. Adhere to all safety requirements particular to equipment including Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
  • 40% Compliance: Safety & Department of Transportation - Maintain Mobile Elevated Work Platform (MEWP) certifications. Maintains accurate parts inventory in vehicle or shop location. Maintains accurate fleet inventory and transfers equipment between locations. Maintains vehicle compliance to company, federal and drivers standards of performance. Deploys new equipment to store locations, including performing PDIs, delivering to the store, and training store associates on the operation of the equipment.
  • 50% Maintenance - Responsible for maintaining a fleet of rental equipment at a set of store locations or customer job sites, with a particular emphasis on preventive maintenance. Receives direction from in their region in planning and aligning short-term and long-term goals. Makes routine store visits to perform inspections and preventive maintenance on all units at each store. Inspects equipment for rental readiness, safe operation, and store appearance standards. Perform minor repairs on equipment. Respond to service calls and orders parts needed for equipment maintenance and repairs. Utilizes company technology platform to document all work performed on equipment, including labor and parts. Assists with equipment deliveries and pick-ups as required. Performs other tasks assigned by the leader.

Travel Requirements:
  • Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Physical Requirements:
  • Requires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting material or equipment, some of which may be heavy or awkward.
Working Conditions:
  • Usually in a comfortable environment but with regular exposure to factors causing moderate physical discomfort from such things as dust, fumes or odors.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be twenty-one years of age or older.
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Must meet DOT medical certification requirements.
  • Working conditions include significant physical demands such as lifting from the waist, lifting from the shoulder, prolonged standing, bending, kneeling, crawling underneath equipment, climbing on top of equipment, and reaching and stretching. The environment will require repetitive hand, wrist, and arm movements. Occasionally, employees will be required to work at heights.

Preferred Qualifications:

Asset Protection Specialist

Job Description

Position Purpose:

The Asset Protection Specialist is primarily responsible for preventing financial loss caused by theft and fraud and supporting safety and environmental program compliance in their assigned store/multiple stores. They utilize tools to minimize loss to the Company, including but not limited to identifying incidents of theft and fraud, reviewing CCTV and exception reports, monitoring the store's physical security, auditing the Electronic Article Surveillance and driving a shrink elimination culture in the store. Other responsibilities include: preparing accurate and detailed case reports documenting your apprehensions and recoveries, preserving evidence, interacting with law enforcement and testifying in criminal and civil court actions. The Asset Protection Specialist must report any hazardous or unsafe condition to the Manager on Duty and carry out job responsibilities in a manner that minimizes the risk of injury to themselves, other associates, vendors, customers, and the Company. They must demonstrate integrity at all times, respond to asset protection and operational concerns of all associates and remain focused on store specific business objectives while supporting key asset protection and operational responsibilities.
