Position Summary :

Due to a promotion, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager located in Cincinnati or Columbus, who will lead a team of 12 Account Executives in generating growth within their respective regions.

  • Sales experience in an industrial setting or packaging preferred.
  • In-depth sales experience with a strong understanding of the solution-selling process
  • Effective influencing skills adept at the ability to understand the needs of, and ability to influence, personnel ranging up to C-level decision-makers
  • Strong analytical skills to effectively track sales activity, develop sales plans, understand the local market and competitive trends, and complete the analysis of sales deals
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Outlook, Word, and Excel
