iboss is looking to expand its product marketing team and is seeking an individual to help drive and be responsible for developing the company’s product positioning, creating powerful messaging, supporting the development of go-to-market strategy, leading the execution of key launches and campaigns that drive the business forward, and building customer loyalty.
This role is cross-functional in nature and will require successful partnership with leaders in marketing, technical marketing, product management, sales, and other key functions.
This role reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer so the opportunity to grow and lead part of a product marketing team is envisioned long term.
Responsibilities :
- Understand and analyze needs of customer base; perform win-loss analyses; create, cultivate and curate customer testimonials;
then evangelize their success stories to sales teams and market influencers
- Create sales enablement tools that help the sales teams in all phases of the sales cycle including presentations, datasheets, whitepapers, customer case studies, persuasive web copy, etc.
- Work with the Corporate Marketing team to develop and execute integrated awareness and demand generation programs that target our buyer personas and deliver on key objectives including pipeline growth, revenue, awareness, and customer satisfaction
- Develop messaging, positioning and go-to-market plans for iboss solutions as assigned.
- Manage the product marketing portion of the product launch process
- Create and manage Voice of the Customer (VOC) listening programs to understand the needs of the customer base and industry
- Ensure all aspects of iboss positioning are incorporated in outbound communication, demand generation campaigns and sales collateral
- Work with the Marketing team on our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Program
- Prepare for and engage with industry analysts on the market and iboss position in it as required.
- Develop solution messaging and overall content strategy including whitepapers, blog posts and other deliverables for product portfolio and marketing campaigns
Basic Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to create compelling positioning, messaging, packaging, and sales enablement tools that inspire fearlessness and confidence in our sales team in the face of a crowded market with lots of noise and confusion
- Ability to take complex ideas and rapidly distill them down to key concepts that are easily understood by a lay audience
- Experience successfully launching B2B technology products, previous cybersecurity experience in endpoint and network security strongly preferred
- Experience marketing to CISOs as well as marketing to and through channel partners
- Roll-up-your-sleeves and get-the-work-done attitude
- Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to take individual initiative and make decisions on your own
- Proven track record of performing well in a fast-paced, geographically distributed environment that requires cross-department collaboration

- Exceptional presentation, writing & public speaking skills; experience with video production, PowerPoint, writing and blogging will also be helpful in this role
- Ability to work cross-functionally and motivate others to champion initiatives on your behalf
- Ability to travel as needed, for visits to corporate as well as customer visits.
Education / Experience
- Technical Degree preferred
- 7+ years experience in outbound product marketing in cybersecurity or related high tech environment

Summary
First Horizon Bank is seeking a Data Analyst to manage, process, analyze and report on performance data that strengthens the decision-making for First Horizon in acquiring and nurturing customer relationships.
This position will drive initiatives that support the growth of the First Horizon’s marketing organization by delivering campaign performance analytics, customer segmentation, data infrastructure, and insightful reporting across all channels.
The role reports directly to the Director, Marketing Analytics, and is responsible for helping to improve marketing strategy and decision making through analytics.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Support all performance analytics of marketing campaigns.
- Deliver product and customer portfolio performance analytics to marketing partners.
- Implement and manage a process to run our customer segmentation scoring model using the available 1st and 3rd party data.
- Develop measurement plans, data gathering, organization and reporting for marketing campaigns across all channels (Direct Mail, Email, Digital, Social, Search and Affiliates)
- Develop measurement methodologies for campaign analytics, full-funnel multi-touch attribution, digital analytics, A / B test reporting, event analytics, brand analytics, targeting profiles, contact and leads.
- Identify gaps and improve upon the existing marketing campaign reporting, digital reporting dashboards and data connections.
Recommend analytics reporting enhancements and drive implementation of those enhancements.
Design, build, implement, and support marketing analytics deliverables by assimilating data from multiple sources and present the information in a straightforward way to marketing stakeholders.
Qualifications Include
- 4+ years of experience working in data and analytics, preferably in a marketing organization.
- Extensive experience in the use of data analysis, data operations, measurement, reporting and data warehousing to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Working knowledge of data integrity / privacy practices and applicable risk and compliance management frameworks.
- Proven track record of managing projects and delivering results.
- Expertise in organizing and analyzing large sets of data.
- Experience with Data Querying Tools (SQL, SOQL, Alteryx). Able to write queries, work across multiple databases and aggregate.
- Experience with data organization, dashboard automation, reporting and presentations tools (Tableau, Datorama). Able to build Tableau / Datorama dashboards and link to databases / Excel.
- Working knowledge of Data Science Tools (Python, R)

JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the Manager Marketing Communications in executing the Division's marketing communications plan and fulfilling local community marketing needs. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain accuracy of all Division's community pages on brand websites and provide necessary creative assets (photos, video, copy, announcements and inventory listings).
Customize ad templates to meet local market needs, incorporating specific calls-to-action / offers and securing legal approval for all incentives.
Create and distribute email marketing strategy per community and division including Realtor communication.
Order and manage creative assets for communities (Room Designer, Virtual Tours, IFP's, SAM's)
Create and order community brochures and collateral.
Provide community-level marketing point-of-sale materials such as displays, flyers and inserts.
Provide ongoing community presentation audit / assessment from consumer's point-of-view ensuring integrity of signage, flags, welcome mats, etc.
Track and process invoices relating to marketing plan execution.
Coordinate, execute and assist with special community events and neighborhood openings.
Maintaining relationships with 3rd party vendors for various marketing needs.
Update and monitor MLS listings in conjunction with local broker solution (if applicable).
