IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL APPLICANTS :
You must have a GED or High School Diploma
You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and qualify for a U.S. Coast Guard
Merchant Mariner Credential (MMC) as well as a Transportation Workers Identification - - Credential (TWIC).
In order to qualify for an MMC you must :
Be at least 18 years of age
Be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident Alien
Pass Physical Exam / Drug Screen
Have a Reasonably Clear Background

The Spa Manager is an essential support to Heritage Hotels & Resorts in creating unforgettable experiences for guests.
Supervisory Responsibilities : Spa staff
- Work under the direction of the General Manager.
- Book guest spa reservations.
- Maintain high level of positive and professional approach with employees, coworkers, and guests. Exhibit a professional attitude, diplomacy and an ability to handle difficult situations with grace.
- Work closely with the General Manager on hiring and training of new Spa team members.
- Hold monthly / quarterly spa meetings to review updates with the team.
