Job Requirements / Specifications :
- At least two (2) years of experience in some or all of the following substantive areas : Healthcare, medical malpractice, nursing home, hospice, and / or elder careExperience in managing a litigation caseloadExperience drafting legal documents, such as briefs, motions and discovery requestsExperience conducting research on legal issues associated with the case
- Excellent analytical and writing skills
- Strong communication skills, including communicating with clients, team and partners and providing timely reporting and appearing in court
- Must be admitted to practice in Nevada
- The annual billable requirement for this position is 1,950 hours

Minimum Requirements :

Wage / Salary Information :
- As a Recruiter Trainee : (first 3 months in the role) you will be paid an hourly rate between $21.64 and $26.44 per hour.
- As a Recruiter 1 : (after you successfully complete 3 months of training) you will become a salaried employee and will be paid an annual base salary of $50,000 plus weekly commission.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-7 years’ experience with full-cycle recruiting.
- Proven experience as a healthcare recruiter with an emphasis on physician recruitment.
- 3-5 years’ experience in a senior or leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, including its various specialties, roles, and credentials, (preferably behavioral health).
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA and EEOC, and their implications for recruitment.
- Proven Experience sourcing passive candidates.
- Strong understanding of candidate evaluation methods, such as behavioral interviews, reference checks, and background screenings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Knowledge of and experience with relocation and international visa processes.
