The Compass Creative Studio team is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team. This role will be focused on the Levy sector, based in Chicago (currently working in the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays with Mondays and Fridays remote), and will report into the Senior Director of Creative Strategy.

The Graphic Designer will support business development efforts with a passion for using creative design to tell a story.

This role will bring presentations and proposals to life, designing materials from binders and packaging to logos and mockups.

Success in this role involves thriving in a creative environment, while understanding the importance of deadlines and details.

What you’ll do :

  • Specialize in long-format layout (editorial) and brand design
  • Possess a strong design sensibility with the ability to develop a range of deliverables, including proposal and presentation design, creating brand identities (logo design), print collateral, menus, infographics, and digital communication
  • Contribute to environmental design solutions that improve the guest journey through a venue and enhance in-person presentation settings
  • Develop design briefs, including brand standards of potential new partners and maintain those standards end-to-end in the bid process
  • Collaborate with content team and contributors across the organization to develop materials

Overview

Senior Graphic Designer creates and designs digital and physical collateral in

a wide range of media, manages design projects from concept to completion, and

Essential

Functions
