Flight Paramedic (Fixed Wing)- McClellan, CA
- Competitive annual starting salaries from $66,070 - $81,000 (DOE)

We’re hiring a Flight Paramedic to work with our team of air transportation experts to safely transport patients to and from medical facilities as well as scene call work.

Responsibilities :
- Responsible for completion and submission of electronic patient care record for each dispatched flight within the specified time frame
- Responsible for daily base checks, which includes narcotic count
- Provide pre-hospital and intra-hospital advanced life support care from initial contact until patient care is relinquished to the accepting medical facility maintaining thorough patient care documentation
- Maintains competency in knowledge and psychomotor skills by participating in ongoing laboratory and clinical experiences
- Maintain documentation of required licensure, certifications, continuing education, safety, and advanced procedures in the Employee Education Manual
- Knowledgeable in use and routine maintenance of all equipment and supplies used by emergency programs
- Maintains positive interpersonal relationships with colleagues, EMS representatives, hospitals, and the public
- Functions as a medical flight member
- Attends pre-mission briefings and mission debriefing and completes necessary documentation
- Assists in pre-mission liftoff checklist and Pilot assistance when needed, i.e. radio, navigational, and visual observation activities
- Complies with safety standards to assure safety of self, medical personnel, patient, and equipment prior to liftoff
- Conducts aircraft safety briefings as needed
- Responsible for filling open or vacant shifts within assigned area as deemed appropriate by the Regional Director

Minimum Required Qualifications :
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in an ALS or critical care setting required
- Flight experience preferred
- Current EMT-P license / certification in the states served by the assigned area required along with National Registry
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP required prior to flight status. Will be required to obtain trauma certification within 6 months of hire
- Advanced Certification (FP-C) preferred, required within 12 months from date of hire.
- Instructor certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS / PEPP, ITLS / PHTLS preferred
- NREMT-P certification may be require in assigned area

RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Completely clean and maintain hotel guest rooms and public areas within the hotel, including but not limited to :
a. properly make beds
b. clean bathrooms
c. replenish all paper items
d. replace soiled linens with clean linens

f. replenish supplies such as drinking glasses, writing supplies and bathroom supplies
g. replace burned out light bulbs

2. Operate, stock and maintain room attendant cart to carry linens, towels, toiletry items and cleaning supplies
3. Perform deep cleaning as instructed by supervisor
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas
5. Uphold departmental standards of quality / timing
6. Observe precautions required to protect hotel and guest property, report damage, theft and found articles to supervisor
7. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures, report equipment problems and maintenance issues, accidents, injuries and safety hazards, or unsafe work conditions to supervisor
8. Performs any other job-elated duties as assigned.

Under the supervision of the ACC District Manager, the Collection Attendant is responsible for accepting donations from the public, distributing requisite receipts, sorting, stacking, and inventory of goods
Essential Functions
- Provides quality customer service in a timely and courteous manner to all donors.
- Responsible for greeting and assisting donors in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Responsible for accepting or rejecting donations according to the guidelines.
- Sort donations in the designated categories.
- Adhere to principles of workstation organization.
- Loads / Unloads donated goods safely and effectively.
- Provides the proper attention to site appearance and cleanliness.
- Keeps management informed as to the site needs.
Mandatory Customer Service at Donation Xpress :
- Upon arrival, greet each donor at their vehicle.
- Meet each donor with a dandex (cart) in hand at their vehicle.
- Assist each donor with the unloading of all of their donations.
- Roll dandex (cart) into the donation center.
- Offer each donor a receipt.
- Thank each donor for their donation.
- Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of sites.
Mandatory Customer Service at Trailer sites :
- Upon arrival, greet each donor at their vehicle.
- Assist each donor with the unloading of all of their donations.
- Place donations in the trailer.
- Offer each donor a receipt.
