Your role in our mission
- Consolidate and own the company-wide explanations for our monthly and quarterly financial results, including drafting business memos to senior management, preparing templates and presentations etc.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business finance and other teams to identify variances and the main drivers for variances as part of monthly / quarterly analysis.
- Prepare templates to explain financial results effectively to all levels of management. Be able to flex between high-level or detailed explanations as needed.
- Prepare monthly cashflow statement as per GAAP.
- Perform ad hoc analysis in support of our executive leaders and senior management.
- Ability to understand financial statements and their interdependencies
What we're looking for
- A thorough understanding of accounting principles and the application of these principles is highly desirable
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Working knowledge of S4 Hana, Tableau preferred, expert knowledge in Microsoft Excel (e.g., various lookup functions, pivot tables, financial analysis formulas, and data manipulation techniques) is preferred.
- Strong written / verbal communication skills to effectively explain financial concepts.
- Need to have high bandwidth home internet connection and non-disruptive work environment for remote working.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting roles is needed.
- An ideal background would be a Masters in accounting.

The pay range for this position is $55,500.00 - $79,300.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

Provide Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) support of current quarter, current year, and long-range plan P&L planning & forecasting activities that support major business decisions and overall financial health.

Director, Finance
Primary Objectives :
- Own plan / forecast / actuals financial statement consolidation and analysis for the FP&A team, as well as external reporting
- Leverage a sophisticated FP&A infrastructure to translate company specific and external industry data into key strategic insights that drive forward-thinking business decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement of a cohesive global finance function to produce innovation in reporting, planning and analysis
