The Senior Finance Manager, Mergers & Acquisitions is a high-profile position within CDK. This individual will take ownership of Finance M&A activities, collaborating with the executive team throughout the full acquisition process from sourcing through deal execution to ongoing integration efforts.
Additionally, this individual will be responsible for the development and ownership of financial models & analysis, business case development and presentation, as well as overseeing due diligence and integration.
The Senior Finance Manager, Mergers & Acquisitions will have heavy interaction with key senior executive level management of the business so highly skilled presentation capabilities and knowledge of the M&A process are necessary.
As the Senior Finance Manager, Mergers & Acquisitions , one is responsible for, however not limited to the following responsibilities :
- Provide financial leadership for M&A activities from initial evaluation through deal execution to post-deal integration activities
- Conduct industry research and competitive analyses in support of potential acquisitions
- Provide financial due diligence analyses of various aspects of acquisition targets’ financials, customers, sales, costs, and operations
- Lead financial due diligence meetings with potential acquisition targets
- Coordinate with various internal stakeholders on specific functional-level due diligence workstreams and post-deal integration efforts
- Ownership and development of business cases and alignment with key business leaders
- Works with autonomy and can execute aspects of the transaction without day-to-day involvement from direct manager
- Strong understanding of valuation and an ability to discuss valuation with private equity principals, investment bankers and chief financial officers
- Ability to balance multiple projects, be results oriented, and drive projects to completion according to deal timelines in a team environment
- Assist finance and operating organizations with metric development and monitoring
- Monitor and be responsible for key post-deal integration activities, including leading the integration of Finance activities
Required Qualifications & Experience :
- 3-5 years of related experience in corporate development / mergers & acquisitions work
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
- Advanced experience and strengths in accounting, financial modeling and analysis, company evaluation and valuation, market / industry research and competitive analysis
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong understanding of valuation and financial models (DCF, LBO, etc.)
- Lead meeting with poise and demonstrate executive presence; Comfortable with daily interactions with VP level leaders and presenting in front of leadership team;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment; Displays confidence, independent decision making, and accountability
- Strategic and results-orientated; Ability to manage conflicting priorities; Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to build professional relationships with internal and external stakeholder; Natural motivator, collaborator, and relationship builder;
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills

Base Salary Ranges : $135,000 - $175,000

Assistant Finance Manager
Summary
You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
The Assistant Finance Manager will support all activities performed by the Finance Manager, to include but not limited to :
