• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age

Preferred Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Previous automotive preventative maintenance experience or Previous formal automotive training

About the Role : What skills will you learn?

• How to complete basic automotive services like mounting and balancing tires, tire repairs, oil changes, filters replacements, and more
• Train with mid and senior level automotive technicians to learn additional automotive services.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service, which includes providing clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles
• Promote teamwork to deliver on guest expectations
• Maintain strict adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation
• Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods of time, which may include light and heavy lifting, including consumer tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting.

The Sullivan Agency has a few positions open for immediate work from home / zoom income opportunities available. Part-time : This is a commitment of working 8 to 25 hours a week and that will generate you up to $2000 to $5000 per month.

Full-Time : This is a true commitment and requires 25-50 hours per week, that will generate you up to $5,000 to $10,000 per month on the low end.

• 1st Year Activity Stipend of up to $26,000
• Across our more than 12,000 diverse agent population, the average income in 2022 was $124,000.
• Individual agent performance dictates this income.
• Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, a 401(k), and a pension.

Compensation :

$70,000 - $124,800 Projected First Year

Responsibilities :

• Service your book of business to maintain the client's financial plan.
