Lease Administrator Responsibilities :

• Review annual true-up calculations related to tenant expense recoveries once prepared and submitted by Property Management teams.
• Update and maintain forms to be used in the drafting of legal documents
• Review and approve retroactive billings / adjustments to tenants based on new lease information, prepared by Property Management teams
• Schedule and participate in leasing meetings; take meeting notes and update internal trackers as needed
• Implement leasing and marketing programs including supervision of exclusive brokers on projects

Lease Administrator Qualifications :

• 2-3 years of related experience in the real estate industry
• Basic knowledge of commercial real estate leasing terms and financial principles.
• Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MRI Commercial Management Software, and Microsoft Office Applications.
• Strong written communication skills
