Responsibilities :

• Maintain high customer satisfaction by answering any questions, concerns, or issues that the client may have
• Diagnose problems with electrical equipment and conduct routine maintenance
• Stay current on new products and technologies in the field
• Repair and / or replace parts on equipment as necessary
• Identify opportunities for new equipment replacement effectively communicate with the customer and sales team to facilitate handoffs for future sales

Along with an apprentice, the individual in this position will communicate to the client the progress and outcome of the install.

Responsibilities

SCOPE OF WORK :

Performs installations, alterations, additions, and / or repairs of electrical systems, conductors, and associated materials and equipment within the residential, commercial, and industrial electrical industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Understanding of OSHA compliance as well as NEC, state, and local codes
• Ability to lead or assists in all types of wire pulls (conduit, cable tray, floor ducts, wire way, etc) install switchgear and perform terminations (high -voltage and fiber optic cable)
• Knowledge of concrete, masonary, metals, and wood construction methods
• Proficiency in circuit grounding practices, transformer connections, over-current protection, parallel circuits, fuse / circuit breakers, motors, cable trays and their

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Troubleshoots and repairs electrical and electronic equipment such as motors, switches, timers, transformer, and power rectifiers and photoelectric sensors.

Operates equipment and tools to complete such work as cutting, threading, bending conduit, removing and replacing conduit and fittings and junction boxes.

Installs and connects distribution and utilization equipment components; ensures safety codes and national electric codes are met prior to installation.

Draws, reads and interprets electrical schematics and one-line diagrams.

Ensures electrical shutdown in case of an emergency.

Performs monthly / weekly calibrations as required by regulatory agencies.

Operate a forklift with attachments, pallet jacks, all types of lifts.

Required to work in elevated areas.

Job summary : Perform installations, alterations, additions and / or repairs of electrical systems, conducts and associated materials and equipment within the commercial electrical construction industry.

Supervise the work of other electricians maintaining high quality and timely job performance adhering to the safety standards of the company.

Perform other duties as required.

Working Hours : 6 : 00 am to 2 : 30 pm, Monday to Friday, 40+ hours per week, overtime is available

Pay Scale : Up to $30.00 per hour DOE + Bonuses. You can make $75k+ yearly!

Required Qualifications :

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Must pass background screens & drug test

• Be able to bend, stoop, squat, crawl, climb, kneel, balance, push, pull and reach overhead
• Be able to lift up to 150 lbs. with help as required
• Drug testing is required
