LaSalle Network is partnering with a leading company in the CPG industry in search of a Digital Marketing Analyst . This individual will be collecting, interpreting and communicating information about target audiences, web analytics and marketing campaigns.

The goal of the Digital Marketing Analyst is to help enable more sophisticated data-driven marketing across all initiatives.

Digital Marketing Analyst Responsibilities :

  • Mold data from multiple sources to make recommendations regarding the data that has been collected
  • Analyze patterns in data to identify marketing opportunities including but not limited to email, website and advertising performance

Digital Marketing Analyst Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree required; marketing or business major preferred
  • 2+ years of experience as a Marketing Analyst or similar role
  • A natural curiosity and passion for using data to identify and solve business and customer problems
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Experience using SQL to extract, clean and transform data
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Data Studio for insight synthesis and presentation
  • Segment (CDP) and amplitude experience is a plus
  • High level of skill with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Team

Web Analytics & Reporting :

Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem on the organic side

Google Analytics Management :

Manage and govern Google Analytics globally (cleansing profiles, building segments and new goals)

Audit existing Google Analytics and web tagging implementations and identify areas of improvement

Proactively monitor customer behavior on our websites to identify potential issues, determine root causes and resolve

Support new tagging requests by working closely with digital IT team to follow Tealium implementation through to testing

QA, test, troubleshoot web analytics and tags

Qualifications :

3+ years of web analytics experience

Bachelor’s degree in related analytical field

Expertise of using Google's suite of supporting tools, including Search Console, Analytics, Ads (AdWords), Google Tag Manager highly preferred

Prior experience with data layer and tag management solutions (Tealium , GTM or equivalent) preferred

Expertise in building visualizations via Tableau, Data Studio, Power Bi etc. preferred
