About the position
As a Digital Marketing Sales Consultant , you’ll have an opportunity to sell a broad set of solutions from our extensive market-leading portfolio such as SEM, SEO, Social Media, YouTube, OTT / CTV, Targeted Display, Websites, Live chat and much more.
This is a fully remote role but you must live in the Atlanta market to work with local clients.
What we're looking for...
- A sales professional with 5 or more years of digital marketing sales experience who builds trust and likes to share in your clients' success
- Experienced B2B hunter with digital / advertising sales experience and local market connections
- Well-crafted sales process / methodology
- Outstanding communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
- No fear approach to new business development through cold-calling and networking and a successful track record to back it up
- Proven ability to build rapport and develop strong business relationships
- CRM experience (e.g. Salesforce.com or similar)
- Ethical with a high level of personal integrity and initiative
- Digital marketing knowledge and experience in key marketing solutions such as Search Engine Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Social Media, Reputation Management, Streaming or Programmatic and OTT and more.

Digital Content Marketing Manager
Our Garden Segment is hiring a Digital Content Marketing Manager to help facilitate the creation of customized content across branded and customer websites.
This role is responsible for ensuring our product content is optimized, accurate, and completed on time. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, communicates effectively, and can manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
They will also conduct competitive research to identify ways in which we can provide added value to our consumers.
MEASURES OF SUCCESS
- Works with digital team leaders, brand teams, and customer marketing to set overarching content strategy for garden brands on branded and retailer sites
- Build out product detail page content recommendations for retailer and / or branded sites (e.g., rich, A+, and / or enhanced content, alt images, copy, video) at the item level, including image direction and writing copy
- Work with project stakeholders to develop scope of work for each project, including all project details, deliverables, and timelines, and manage project from beginning to end
- Ensure product detail page content is strategic, data-driven, best-in-class, follows the process, and meets customer standards and deadlines
- Review content in ProofHQ to ensure accuracy and provide direction as questions arise
- Add new and optimize existing content to our branded sites to answer consumer questions and meet brand goals
- Manage and optimize data streams and reporting processes that feed into our content strategy, including garden website surveys, FAQs, Salsify reports, Salesforce reports, and sentiment analysis reports
- Manage website surveys and identify opportunities to capture additional consumer feedback
- Set strategy, oversee, and develop recommendations to enhance monthly email program
- Work with PIM Team and Digital Content Specialist to develop processes that ensure digital content assets and data in Salsify is accurate
- Provide annual and ad hoc reporting for article content, website surveys, Salsify digital content quality, retailer content compliance, etc.
and work with brand teams and / or customer marketing to address gaps
- Manage Contently platform and projects, including brand content budgets, workflows, and communication with writers and copyeditors
- Manage and support Digital Content Specialist
IDEAL CANDIDATE ATTRIBUTES
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Marketing or related field is highly preferred
- 4+ years digital content related experience
- Detail-oriented, analytical with strong project management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- PIM experience such as Salsify is a plus
- SEO tools such as MOZ, SEMrush, Deep Crawl or Similar web experience a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner

- Conduct audits of our clients’ digital marketing infrastructure and discover ways to improve

- Guide our Digital Marketing Strategists in adjusting their tactics based on the data
You must have a marketing degree or equivalent work experience, and be comfortable with KPIs and metrics that help determine whether email marketing, social media, blogging, SEO and digital advertising are working.
Agency experience is preferred.

KWSM operates on a 9 / 80 work schedule. This means we have every other Friday off, allowing us to get more accomplished in fewer days and enjoy three-day weekends every other week.
