Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for auditing store reports on a daily basis, checking for adjustments per guidelines, verifying Invoices, researching variances found, and additional projects as needed.

No experience needed, we train, enjoy a team environment, have good communication skills, be dependable, motivated self-starter and organized.

Must have intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Requirements

Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing experience is highly preferred

Alphanumeric data entry experience highly desired

Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office, specifically Word & Excel

Customer service experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multitask and attention to detail are critical

Skills

Prior medical experience or education

Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant, Administrator or similar role

Hands-on experience with Office products (particularly MS Word, MS Excel and SharePoint)

Solid time-management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks

Excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to maintain organization within a busy environment

Comfortable with giving direction and asking for assistance

High school diploma; additional qualification in Office Administration is a plus
