Job Description :

• Create, validate and send daily, weekly, and monthly management reports to clients
• Assistance with requests for non-standard reports and analysis for clients
• Support management reporting by maintaining the hierarchy of information Research and answering clients’ questions
• Perform business-to-system analysis and troubleshooting analysis of complex management reports and business problems with guidance
• In the report, development lifecycle support impact analysis and project requirements definition
• Transform client needs into functional requirements
• With guidance, collect, analyze and document business requirements for project proposals including but not limited to process and data flow, user interface, security, and reporting requirements
• Together with managers and / or senior analysts, participate in cross-functional meetings where customers are interviewed to understand customer needs and identify problems and appropriate solutions, develop specifications, analyze and document business processes, validate testing processes, and train the user community.

Requirements :

• Strong skills in data profiling, mapping, data modeling, and data governance including query data repositories to determine Source to target mappings, data quality, completeness, and transformation rules for merging into target repositories
• Strong skills in Informatics, Informatica Data Quality, Information Analyser, and IBM data architect, Erwin is a big plus
• Strong SQL skills Hands-on experience in creating / updating conceptual, logical, and physical data models to satisfy business requirements
• Complex data integration and extraction / transformation / load processes (ETL) should be understandable and explainable
• Should be able to collaborate with the business to establish the scope of data-centric or support projects
• Should be capable of reviewing the Project Initiation Document and the Reference / Domain Value Mapping
• Should be able to identify pain points impacting data capabilities by working with Business and Architects
• Should be able to develop a program / project-specific Data Analysis Strategy
• Should be proficient in source-target data mapping, S / T record building / join conditions, transformation writing, and data lineage building
• ETL / Test questions, output file validation, and defect analysis should all be supported
• Should ensure data analysts (and other data leads, as necessary) are following standard work and best practices.

The Senior Business Data Analyst employs the use of Intelligent Automation technology across Global Flow Controls Operations business processes to improve service levels, profitability, quality and efficiency.

This position will also be tasked with developing business analytics as a competitive weapon to increase market share growth and improve service levels, profitability, ESH and quality.

AS THE SENIOR BUSINESS DATA ANALYST, YOU WILL :

Contribute to Flow Controls overall operations efficiency and effectiveness

• Engage and coordinate with all Flow Control World Areas and Global Functions
• Members of the Intelligent Automation team will work on project-based assignments in small and large teams to deliver automated processes
• Design, develop and implement custom solutions for the automation of existing or new processes
• Ability to implement the full life cycle of an automation solution : identify automation opportunities, gather requirements and develop, test and deploy automation solutions using Intelligent Automation tools
• Leverage Intelligent Automation tools, including but not limited to : Robocorp, Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Virtual Agents and Noetix
• Apply Lean concepts and process improvement methodologies
• Work with process owners to understand and map out their processes
• Validations with process owners, and an end-to-end business validation upon completion of development effort
• Work closely with production support team to deploy into production, complete required documentation including lessons learned and execute knowledge transfer

Enable optimization of business processes and information flow for Flow Controls Operations

• Analysis & automation of current business processes and reporting requirements
• Optimize business processes and information flow throughout all World Areas

The Senior Data Analyst supports internal VMLY&R audiences and client stakeholders by pulling and analyzing data and consumer behavior to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

Data Analyst

Responsibilities

Provide running analysis on healthcare provider and organization data to determine : Why a location received or did not receive outreach;

Whether a location responded to outreach; Whether data is flowing through all pipelines correctly and within defined SLAs.

• Perform in-depth data investigations related to client or provider questions.
• Interpret results of analysis and communicate findings back to teammates in a clear manner.
• Provide actionable recommendations for resolving any discrepancies identified through the course of a data investigation.
• Work with Development and Operations teams to solve business and data problems.
• Work with Client Services to understand and address clients’ concerns around data or deliverables.
• Analyze outreach and attestation data in support of custom stakeholder requests.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Data Analyst position.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Intermediate to advanced SQL skills.
• Experience working with large datasets.
• Demonstrated experience solving business problems using data.

Preferred

• Experience with data tools including Databricks and Spark.
• Experience with Python, R, Scala, or Java.
