Description :

Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures within the Company. Review and assist in creating Slot Type Codes in accordance to Company Standards.

Assist property tech teams in identifying and adjusting variances from daily variance reports. Work with Corporate Slot Team to help determine standards and direction on new game themes, line configurations, max bets, etc.

Assist with maintenance of Slot Type Codes in accordance with Gaming Control Board requirements. Manage E-filing process for the company per Gaming Control Board requirements.

Responsible for providing past and present operational performance analysis for Slot department. Review and distribute reports as needed.

Assist with Slot audit reconciliation. Other job related duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form. One (1) to two (2) years experience in the casino industry preferred.

Summary

This role will be a part of the Americas General Ledger team, part of Global Finance Services (GFS), with the purpose of driving a continuous improvement mindset across the team, contributing to process and operational improvements to the team, with an initial focus on Gaming Operations and Game Sales through applying accounting best practices and system knowledge to focus areas, building enhanced reporting, and providing insights to facilitate informed decision-making across the team.
