Job description
The position is responsible for maintaining all outlets. Clean, sanitize and organize all kitchen equipment, pans, smallware's, all boh items.
Maintain highest level possible of cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the area of responsibility, which will meet or exceed Federal, State, and Local standards
- Comply with all safety and health department procedures
- Set-up, operate and clean all kitchen machinery / equipment properly and safely and store it in its proper place
- Clean and sanitize food service, preparation ware, dish room, pot room and kitchen areas in restaurants where applicable
- Scrape / spray all ware before placing in ware-washing machine
- Take out trash as needed
- Sweep all debris from the floor and maintain the floor dry and free of spills
- Clean all biohazard spills in a timely manner while observing health and venue guidelines
- Practice proper food handling procedures
- Separate all ware and store properly in designated areas
- Efficiently work with materials and / or resources being aware of and minimizing costs and expenses
- Maintain equipment quality thru preventative maintenance and cleaning
- Attention to detail on areas of grease, grime, proper storage, stacking heights, chemical usage, and storage, etc.
- Assist with loading / unloading of miscellaneous equipment, such as boxes, food, and beverage product
- Working knowledge of product identification
- Assist in set-up, service, and break down of concepts
- Responsible for maintaining the workstation in a neat and orderly fashion
- Follow cleaning schedule and closing list thoroughly
- Communicate effectively on all levels. Report problems and concerns with machinery to the manager on duty
- This position will require lifting heavy items above 50 pounds
- This position may require the cleanup of hazardous waste
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in a janitorial position
- Ability to read MSDS sheets and understand sanitation supply terms
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage time efficiently
- Ability to use janitorial equipment, Floor Scrubber, motorized pallet jack
- Must be at least 18 years old

RV Interior Cleaning
We are looking for a Interior Cleaning Housekeeping for an RV dealership.
Interior Cleaning Duties and Responsibilities
Interior Cleaning must be skilled at working with their hands and have an eye for detail. They must be motivated and customer service oriented.
They should be reliable and good at time management.
Clean Interiors housekeeping
One of the main duties of an Interior cleaner is cleaning the interiors of the RV or Motorhome. This includes Interior Cleaning, housekeeping duties, mopping, shampooing carpets, vacuuming, wiping surfaces and deep clean restroom.
Interior Cleaning may also be called upon to make minor remove stains.
Clean Exteriors
In addition to cleaning the interiors, Detailers also concentrate on the exterior. They wash, wax, polish, buff and protect the paint jobs of the unit they work on.
They clean all surfaces in-depth spending time cleaning the tires and even the undercarriage. They may be called upon to make minor paint fixes or mend small defects as well.
Manage Inventory
Detailers are responsible for managing supplies and equipment. They must order supplies when needed as well as keep close tabs on the chemicals and products they have on hand.
They also repair and maintain all equipment and ensure all the proper safety gear is available for the operation of any given machine or tool.
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license, a good driving record and ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Can take direction and see a job through from beginning to completion
- Willingness to learn and advance
- The ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for long periods of time
- The ability to lift anywhere from 25-50lbs.
- Work in environments that include heat, cold, dust, and loud noises
- Strong attention to detail
- Solid organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- The ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility with work schedules; including Saturdays (we are always closed on Sundays)
