The SSC Business Analyst (BA II) evaluates, designs, and creates business processes. The BA II will ensure that business process outcomes are in harmony with our strategic goals and will collaborate across all departments of the organization to help improve business management processes.

Focus will be to build on the processes the business uses while developing and streamlining processes through automation and Tier zero support.

The BA II will also create dashboards and daily / monthly reporting through several systems (Cisco, ServiceNow, Verint) and trending the data.

• Create process documentation / workflows, knowledge articles and self-service guidance for IT Services
• Responsible for Training Materials along with coordinating new hire training
• Work to improve CI data integrity regarding classes, naming conventions, attributes, data sources, and relationships.
• Work with other ITSM processes and partners to understand new requirements and identify how Configuration management can support.
• Work with Manager on development of clear and detailed process maps and our requirements
• External Quality monitoring for team members in Verint and ServiceNow
• Create and maintain reports in Power BI and Tableau (Daily and Monthly reports)
• Track and trend volume through all inputs (Phone, SS, Chat and VA)
• Trained in Citizen Developer for ServiceNow
• Inventory Management in ServiceNow for Jax Site
• Quality testing in ServiceNow for Biannual updates
• Test functionality once stories have been completed in ServiceNow.
• Create and complete conversations and videos for VA and SIM
• Managing Lexmark relationship
• Owning / responsible for SSC Continuous Improvement Board
• 5+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience
• Experience with IT application, Infrastructure principles, and ITSM processes, CMDB
• Experience using Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodology.

• Extensively analyze business processes, trends and workflows
• Extensive business and / or systems skills that support documentation and communication efforts.

Position Purpose :

• Responsible for patient food service on assigned units, menu selections, tray assembly, tray delivery and pick up, special requests and needs, in- between meal food delivery.
• Exhibits a friendly, caring attitude to patients when introducing the Catering to You program, taking menu selections, delivering trays, inquiring during catering rounds and retrieving trays.

Essential Functions :

• Takes patients menu selections prior to each meal.
• Complies with food and nutrition restrictions on special, modified diets to ensure optimal food preferences are met within guidelines of diet order limitations. (Throughout Shift)
• Offers alternatives to menu as allowed on prescribed diet in accordance with food allergies and sensitivities, cultural, ethnic and religious preferences, when patient inquires or needs additional selections. (Throughout Shift)
• Assembles trays according to patients menu on tray tickets in a timely and accurate manner.
• Interacts with nursing to ensure patients’ diet prescriptions are accurate, and patients’ food needs are met.
• Completes catering rounds after passing trays to inquire if patient needs anything else.
• Retrieves trays from patients’ rooms shortly after completing round.
• Maintains accurate and current information for each patient on assigned unit(s).
• Assists dietitian with monitoring of patients who are NPO, on liquid diets or have a calorie count ordered.
• Communicates any patient related problems / concerns to appropriate personnel, in a timely manner following departmental procedures.

General Job requirements :

• High School Diploma / GED
• 3 months of food service experience
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions
• Able to work harmoniously with peers, supervisors, and other departments, visitors and patients
• Previous experience in dietary or food services preferred
• Ability to read and write English
• Sanitation certification preferred

Under the supervision of the Manager of Business Analysis, the D365 F&O Business Analyst discovers, synthesizes, and analyzes information to elicit business needs, document requirements, devise strategies and solutions, and implement changes with the goal of improving business outcomes for enterprise- level projects in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.

• Diverse business process understanding in finance, including the ability to dive from Level 1 to Level 5 processes
• Ability to build, deploy, and migrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions across development, test, pre-production, and production environments
• End to end implementation cycle ability, from analysis / design through to go-live, and post go-live support.
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 security roles, duties, privileges, and permissions
• Experience with data integration between Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) and other enterprise systems.
• At least 4 years of experience leveraging knowledge areas, competencies, and techniques described in the IIBA Business Analysis Body of Knowledge, BABOK.
• Experience with Business Acceptance test planning, test case development and test execution;
• Experience working within project management practices described in the PMI Project Management Body of Knowledge, PMBOK.
