The SSC Business Analyst (BA II) evaluates, designs, and creates business processes. The BA II will ensure that business process outcomes are in harmony with our strategic goals and will collaborate across all departments of the organization to help improve business management processes.

Focus will be to build on the processes the business uses while developing and streamlining processes through automation and Tier zero support.

The BA II will also create dashboards and daily / monthly reporting through several systems (Cisco, ServiceNow, Verint) and trending the data.

  • Create process documentation / workflows, knowledge articles and self-service guidance for IT Services
  • Responsible for Training Materials along with coordinating new hire training
  • Work to improve CI data integrity regarding classes, naming conventions, attributes, data sources, and relationships.
  • Work with other ITSM processes and partners to understand new requirements and identify how Configuration management can support.
  • Work with Manager on development of clear and detailed process maps and our requirements
  • External Quality monitoring for team members in Verint and ServiceNow
  • Create and maintain reports in Power BI and Tableau (Daily and Monthly reports)
  • Track and trend volume through all inputs (Phone, SS, Chat and VA)
  • Trained in Citizen Developer for ServiceNow
  • Inventory Management in ServiceNow for Jax Site
  • Quality testing in ServiceNow for Biannual updates
  • Test functionality once stories have been completed in ServiceNow.
  • Create and complete conversations and videos for VA and SIM
  • Managing Lexmark relationship
  • Owning / responsible for SSC Continuous Improvement Board
  • 5+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience
  • Experience with IT application, Infrastructure principles, and ITSM processes, CMDB
  • Experience using Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodology.

Position Purpose :

  • Responsible for patient food service on assigned units, menu selections, tray assembly, tray delivery and pick up, special requests and needs, in- between meal food delivery.

  • Takes patients menu selections prior to each meal.

General Job requirements :

  • High School Diploma / GED
