The Role :
Currently, we are seeking to hire a Brand Manager to oversee our StealthTech product line premium technology like immersive surround sound speakers and wireless charging stations that are seamlessly embedded inside Sactionals.
As the StealthTech Brand Manager, you are responsible for the development and management of the StealthTech brand and innovation pipeline.
You will partner with insights and product development teams to develop future ideas / concepts to a point where they are viable consumer products.
You will serve as the voice of the customer, owning the customer experience across all marketing channels and through every point of the customer journey.
A successful Brand Manager will be able to lead and leverage sales data, customer insights, and market trends in order to guide the business forward.
Consistent ability to work both offsite and report into Corporate Headquarters or designated touchpoint, as required and in accordance with Lovesac policies, CDC and State Guidelines.
Summary of Key Job Responsibilities
- Incorporates the voice of our customer and brand positioning into all marketing materials to drive the companys annual goals.
- Leads cross-functional teams to drive key brand communications across ecommerce, retail touchpoints, and advertising.
- Supports the development of annual operating plan and business objectives.
- Collaborates with consumer insights team to plan research and gain deeper understanding of customer.
- Continually tests and learns to gain greater understanding of consumer demands in a dynamic and changing marketplace.
- Works with team on developing communication strategy, maintaining the integrity of the brand.
- Tracks weekly performance metrics and competitor intel against goals, drawing insights and recommending new initiatives to drive the business forward.
- Collaborates with Ecommerce and Showrooms to ensure comprehensive and holistic understanding of the customer with appropriate prioritization of focus to maximize our ability to build value through the entire customer experience.
- Responsible for long term brand health through positioning, product strategy development, ensuring in-market product integrity and delivering on-time product launches that achieve aligned goals.
- Lead Consumer Insights, Product Development and Production & Sourcing, to progress new product innovations and initiatives from discovery through commercialization using Lovesac's stage gate processes.
- Responsible to meet or exceed all goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain a calm demeanor and manage issues professionally and respectfully in accordance with our company standards.
- Act with integrity and trust, modeling behavior that respects our employees, peers and customers in accordance with the core values of our company.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in marketing, Business or Communications preferred, MBA a plus
- Must have a minimum of 3-5 years brand management experience, preferably in a brand or product marketing role at a CPG organization.

- Must have proven time management skills and quickly adapts to a changing business environment.

- Must be capable of using and operating all equipment as required, including but not limited to : iPad, laptop, etc. Be able to move objects (including medium to large furniture items up to 75 pounds) from a lower to a higher position or horizontally from position-to-position or be able to assemble furniture while working on the selling floor or in our warehouse.
- Must be able to travel, as required by the Company in its sole discretion, for occasional meetings and conferences using various forms of transportation.
- Consistent ability to work both remotely and report into Corporate Headquarters or designated retail touchpoint, as required and in accordance with Lovesac policies, CDC and State Guidelines.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure highest level of customer service aligning with Canada Goose’s expectations of quality and authenticity

Adult Beverages Brand Ambassador
Summit Wine & Spirits Tastings seeks friendly, reliable, and knowledgeable adult beverage brand ambassadors to conduct three-hour demos, mostly on weekends.
At our tastings in stores like H-E-B, Kroger, Whole Foods, and Total Wine & Spirits, we share samples, product information, and stories about brands with shoppers.
