Your role is to deliver exceptional guest service in the bar area and is key to our restaurants success as you contribute to delivering a perfectly crafted experience to our guests!

- Be fanatical in mixing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for guests at our bar and provide drinks and service to Team Members following standard recipes and procedures

- Complete opening / closing checklist according to standards.
- Welcome guests, take their drink orders, process order, deliver order to guest and receive payment for order.
- Have knowledge of which garnishes go in each drink.
- Prepare all garnishes.
- Clear and clean tables when guests leave, return glasses to be washed.
- Perform all side work duties according to the schedule.
- Full knowledge of and follow all state liquor laws.
- Be familiar with the computer system.
- Perform opening and closing side work according to standards to ensure that guests are served promptly and efficiently.
- Prepare beverages and cocktails according to the standards, for mixing, portion control and presentation.
- Serve guests with all food and beverage requirements in a warm, friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
- Be familiar with the computer system.
- Assist in maintaining beverage cost.
- Follow prescribed procedures in serving liquor with care to avoid problems with intoxicated guests, and when necessary report to management.
- Stock and clean glassware.
- Check soda tanks to ensure that they are full and secured properly to the bar.
- Assist in cleaning of tables and all areas as needed.

Primary Purpose :
The primary purpose of the Bartender is to provide guests with an excellent food and beverage experience.
Work Performed :
The Bartender will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments :
- Provid e exceptional service to guests by promptly welcoming and courteously serving guests;
- Dispens e alcoholic beverages and control service to ensure accordance with liquor laws and company policies and regulations;
- Ensur e cleanliness and sanit ation of the bar;
- Perform side duties such as cleaning, garnish preparation, miscellaneous preparation, stocking, etc.;
- Ensur e all alcohol is removed from counters and tables prior to closing time;
- Complet e opening and closing duties;
- Adher e to Health Department guidelines for food handling and sanitation so that guests and employees will not be in risk of cross-contamination.
- K eep compartment sink, side boards, and refrigerators (and its contents) clean and sanitized by d at ing and rotat ing foodon a daily basis;

Qualifications :
- Six (6) months of previous bartending experience
- Prior food handling experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food Safety Trainingcertifiedor become certified within first 60 days of employment

- Previous experience with Micros operating system
- A ble to lift a minimum of 50lbs occasionally
- Able to lift 10 lbs. regularly
