Overview : S4 Inc. employees selected for this position will be supporting USSTRATCOM JEMSOC missions in order to provide the JEMSOC Director with Planning, Analysis, Spectrum Management, and Intelligence support.
In addition, S4 employees will support Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) for JCER to accomplish Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO) readiness evaluations in order to accredit each Service / United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM).
Specific Duties : In this position, you will be responsible for :
- Developing detailed mission analysis and integrating resources to determine capabilities to meet the JCER mission;
- Making recommendations to service or joint tactics, weapon schools, or publications based on findings of JCER evaluations;
- Analyzing threat data and controlling receipt and dissemination of foreign intelligence information;
- Evaluating emerging EMSO threats in order to present findings, conclusions, and recommendations based on evaluation results;
- Conducting tactical, operational, and strategic level research concerning the impact of existing and emerging EMSO threats to joint operations;
Qualifications :
- Twelve (12) plus years of Operational level experience with preference to candidates with higher level broadening assignments such as Joint, CCMD and Service level staff;
- Understanding of current service capabilities to include communication / tactical data links and tactics with knowledge of vulnerabilities in the presence of threat EMSO
- Experience conducting studies, performing research, reporting, and making recommendations concerning instrumentation and evaluation resources necessary to execute risk reduction and evaluation events ensuring the coordination of communications, logistics, materiel, data collection and personnel training, issue and alternative definitions, and personnel requirements for each designated activity;
Desired Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or higher with more than fifteen (15) years in Naval Aviation desired
- Preferably expertise specializing in fighter / attack combat aircraft; however, experience in other armed aviation platforms is acceptable;
- Preferably experience working with partnering agencies that share interests in support of data collection, reduction, or JEMSO operations in conjunction with JCER evaluations;
- Training and certification as a PMP are highly recommended for individuals lacking requisite military leadership experience.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES
- Responsible for safe operation of the G450 aircraft.
- Responsible for conducting flights in a safe and prudent manner in accordance with, but not limited to the following items : Reviewing the maintenance status of the aircraft.
The conduct of a proper pre-flight inspection in accordance with the approved Aircraft Flight Manual. A complete check of weather and facilities along the route to be flown and airports to be used, including alternate airports.
Ensure the flight is conducted in accordance with the policies and procedures of Solairus Aviation and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.
Ensure the safety of all passengers, aircraft and crew.Accurate completion of all trip paperwork in accordance with current procedures.

A&P Mechanics
Summary :
Maintenance Technicians are FAA certified Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) who perform direct maintenance in accordance with Allegiant Air Continuous Aircraft Maintenance Program (CAMP).
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Technicians working on aircraft, components or related parts of aircraft are responsible to perform work outlined on applicable work forms in accordance with airlines policies and procedures, manufacturer’s manuals and FAA requirements.
- Overhaul, maintenance, and repair of airframe components, power plants, aircraft communication, navigation equipment, and associated components in accordance with airlines manuals, manufacturer’s manuals, bulletins, and orders.
- Ensure that the appropriate tag is attached to all parts removed from an aircraft in accordance with Airlines policy.
- The Technician, in performing his or her duties is required to be constantly alert for defective, worn or failed parts as well as safe working conditions.
- Proper execution of an Airworthiness Release. Responsible to sign for the accomplishment of work on applicable work forms and records.
- A Technician, when qualified, may be required to perform the duties of Inspector in accordance with the Inspector job classification as described in the manual.
- Responsible to keep the work area in a clean, safe and orderly manner.
- Will be assigned to such housekeeping duties as policing his or her work and / or repair area as well as maintenance of company property.
- Process all necessary paperwork as mandated by regulation.

Qualifications :
- Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check.

- Must have 2-3 years of recent line maintenance experience, specifically on A320 aircraft

Technician - Aviation
Position Overview
The primary responsibility of the Aviation Technician is to ensure that timely and appropriate maintenance is provided for the assigned aircraft, to ensure safe operations and compliance with all FAA and aviation industry requirements.

- Ensure compliances with all FAA, manufacturer, and aviation maintenance requirements.
