Your Responsibilities :

The Delivery Manager is responsible for the safe, accurate and timely delivery of medical cannabis products to patients. The delivery manager is to effectively lead by example and manage all delivery drivers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Effectively lead and manage the daily activities of the delivery staff.
- Train and develop department personnel to acceptable levels.
- Create and enforce standard delivery operating procedures.
- Manage maintenance, state inspections and repairs of vehicle fleet.
- Inspect all delivery orders for accuracy.
- Ensure transports are safely loaded and unloaded daily.
- Track routes and driving habits of all delivery staff using transportation tracking system.

TITLE : Client Delivery Specialist

DUTIES : Perform client onboarding primarily related to Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation for corporate and Financial Institution segment including Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Group Introduction Certificate (GIC).
Identify and escalate blockages in system, process, and compliance content. Support Relationship Managers (RMs) in the assessment of risk issues detected in the due diligence process including adverse media, sanction links, PEP links, and nesting scenarios.
Inform product partners on completion of CDD to commence downstream implementation of facilities and accounts, track progress, completion and report status to parties.
Support Group Introduction Certificate (GIC) network account opening related process as appropriate. Track TAT on E2E client on boarding process, identify blockages, hotspots and timely escalations.

Specific Responsibilities Would Include
Amazon :
- Develop and implement strategic merchandise planning and forecasting for assigned categories on Amazon's retail platform
- Proficient in using Vendor Central Portal and analyzing Amazon's Inventory Forecasting Reports
- Provide annual replenishment forecasts for all brands on Amazon across multiple product categories, updating them monthly
- Analyze sales data to create demand-based inventory forecasts, issue replenishment orders, and track product performance
- Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and customer insights to drive accurate demand forecasting and inventory management
