SPECIFIC DUTIES INCLUDE :
Provide hands-on supervision of the staff and delegate workload
Provide direct customer relations support
Ensure that account operates according to schedule and service level agreements
Recruit, interview, and hire staff
Oversee the long-term analysis of manpower needs, groom potential leaders
Ensure cross training as well as provide new and refresher training for staff members
Manage attendance records and ensure appropriate shift coverage
Handle discipline and motivation issues
Process promotion, demotion and termination paperwork
Enforce safety, security, and grooming standards
Administer performance reward programs
Control the budget for labor costs and allocation
Essential Requirements :
PREVIOUS AIRLINE EXPERIENCE
At least 18yrs old, with a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
English required
Basic Math Skills : Adding, Subtracting, Division, and Multiplying
Computer Literate
Able to stand, bend, squat, reach, grasp and pick up items; occasional lifting up to 70lbs
Reading & comprehension of reference materials, instructions, policies & procedures
Valid US work authorization
Professional demeanor and exceptional presentation
Flexible schedule & availability
Background Check, Fingerprinting required
Drug Screen required on day of hire

Hallmark Aviation is seeking a professional Airline Account Duty Manager for a prestigious International Airline. The Duty Manager assists with the Management of the airline operational and administrative processes while coordinating with the airline client / station manager to meet high quality standards.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS NEEDED :
- Oversee operation and resource allocation to ensure productivity, professionalism, punctuality, grooming and customer service standards are met
- Manage staff and delegate duties
- Acts as primary contact with Airline Management to ensure their satisfaction
- Ensure staff understand and abide by all company standards, policies and procedures
- Review activity reports to establish data required for planning station's operation
- Proactively seek workable solutions to operational challenges
- Monitor staff performance, identify areas that may require additional training to increase efficiency
- Conduct agent performance reviews, monitor attendance and requests for time off
- Coordinate activities with other departments and service providers to ensure operation meets company and government policies and regulations
- Enforce EEOC and unlawful policies, hostile work environment
- Ensure clean and neat work areas
- Give proper shift briefings
- Inform staff of new / revised policies and procedures
- Display positive customer service stance when dealing with clients and customers

- Ensure that all Personnel Action Forms are completed and signed by all necessary parties then faxed to Human Resources
- Ensure that adequate security exists and that facilities through out terminal comply with safety and environmental laws for all staff
- Complete required reports in a timely manner and distribute accordingly.

CLIENT SERVICES / Responsible for supporting Octagon’s client business and day-to-day management of regional-based client programs.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Senior Account Executive (SAE) to join a diverse team working with a major travel industry leader's partnership portfolio spanning across professional baseball, basketball, hockey, soccer and more.
This person will be required to work from the client's office 1-2 days per week located in New York City. This person will support the client in New York as well as the Senior Account Manager and Group Account Director that will be remote on various tasks throughout the year.
This role is ideal for someone that is passionate about sports with a minimum of one year of partnership experience. This SAE must have exceptional organizational skills while working flexible hours as partners sit in multiple time zones.
Domestic travel will be required as necessary to attend partner meetings and events.
The team is looking for someone who can support the day-to-day communications with partners and clients, manage hospitality and ticketing assets, weekly status reports, and other administrative duties as assigned.
The work you’ll do
- Serve as a reliable agency contact for client sponsorship team and internal cross-functional client teams
- Day-to-day support of regional-based sports properties and talent relationships
- Day-to-day contact within Delta for regional sports-based initiatives
- Manage and participate in weekly status meetings by crafting agendas, driving the discussion, and providing recap summaries
- Consistently stay up-to-date with the travel industry and the sports world
- Prepare program documentation and wrap-up reports including results tracking for the season and key events
